Paul’s journey is rooted in two cherished places: Greenwich, CT, where he raised his family, and Chatham, MA, where he and his wife, Nanci, ultimately made their home. Together with their three children, they built strong ties to both communities.

 

For over 25 years, Paul co-built a thriving company in the restaurant and bar industry, developing expertise in real estate, marketing, and relationship-building—skills that seamlessly translate into his real estate career. In 2019, with their children beginning new chapters, Paul and Nanci made the heartfelt decision to embrace Cape Cod full-time. Chatham quickly became more than just home—it became a way of life. Whether fly fishing around the Monomoy Flats, teeing it up at his beloved Eastward Ho! golf course or playing paddle tennis all winter at Chatham Platform Tennis Association, Paul has found his haven in this remarkable coastal town.
